LO5: Be able to prepare personal career development material

We were asked to do a role play for a job interview. We were asked to do this because we had to think about the questions that could be asked and answers that we should give. We gained experience which is a good thing so we are ready for real job interviews in the future.
For a good job interview first you must know what to wear, if you’re going in a job interview you should dress up with business clothes. You should show that you’re confident and you should research about your company that you’re going to have an interview for, this shows the person that is interviewing you that you know about the place and you could be a good candidate. Good communication and positive feedback from previous jobs would help you in the interview, this is because they gain trust in you. There were several good points about this interview, the person that was getting interviewed made good eye contact, gave good answers with good verbal techniques and it had a good ending with a handshake.
